Job Description

As a UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in redesigning a website from the ground up, crafting an exceptional user experience, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing user flows and navigation structures, collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring accessibility standards are met, and refining designs based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Requirements

• UX design experience, particularly in website, e-commerce, or other digital platforms.

• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design projects.

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• A solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive web design.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience working within Agile teams.

• Location: Glasgow (Hybrid, 3x a week in-office)

• Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
