Job Description

Iconic Resourcing is recruiting a talented and motivated UX Designer to join our client’s dynamic technology team in Glasgow. The role involves designing user-friendly, visually engaging, and intuitive experiences for digital platforms. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions meeting both user and business needs. This position offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of innovative web and mobile products in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

• At least 2 years of experience in UX design, ideally with exposure to website or e-commerce projects.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or experience in the e-commerce or travel sector.
