As an Event Graphic & Multimedia Designer at Tether, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling assets for events, campaigns, and multimedia platforms. You will work closely with marketing, business development, and external collaborators to ensure a cohesive brand identity and deliver designs that captivate and engage audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on event and multimedia design.
• Expertise in creating print materials with attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in using graphic AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
• Demonstrated modern design portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills; Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus).
• Strong understanding of branding and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency.
• Collaborative team player with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
