Job Description

Solbari is seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a 12-month parental leave cover. As a B Corp certified company committed to empowering people to live sun-smart lives, you will create engaging content across digital and traditional platforms. Your role will be instrumental in driving brand engagement and commercial performance through dynamic, visually captivating designs that support Solbari’s mission of promoting sun safety and skin health globally.

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with various teams to design and produce high-quality assets, including email campaigns, social media, website content, print collateral, and more, while maintaining a consistent visual identity for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging content for email campaigns (Klaviyo), social media, website (Shopify), print materials, packaging, and other traditional media.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and present initial design concepts that align with brand guidelines.
• Seek design inspiration and present fresh design solutions to evolve and strengthen the Solbari brand.
• Participate in photoshoots, supporting concept development, creative direction, and execution for brand consistency.
• Edit and optimize imagery for use across Solbari’s website and social media channels.
• Ensure brand guidelines and layouts are executed consistently across all projects.
• Create visual assets that communicate Solbari’s mission and engage the audience emotionally.
• Manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in a digitally-led, direct-to-consumer business.
• Proven track record in executing cross-platform campaigns (websites, email marketing, social media, print).
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier Pro) and Figma.
• Experience in UX/UI and interest in photography and video content for social is a plus.
• Familiarity with Shopify+ and Klaviyo platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting to feedback and meeting deadlines.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail, self-motivated, and passionate about impactful creative work.
