The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects that align with Altis’s vision. This role requires artistic talent, technical skills, and strategic thinking to create compelling visuals and content across various media.

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) and the creation and management of templates and layouts.

• Ability to convey messages effectively through visual design.

• A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to think outside the box to create unique designs.

• Meticulousness in design execution and a keen eye for detail.

• Knowledge of branding principles and their application in design projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Creative Designer.

• Proven experience with social media platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Openness to learn new skills on the job.
