Job Description

We are hiring Freelance UI/UX Designers, with a preference for candidates currently residing in Bangalore. The role involves creating designs that inspire, engage, and delight users. The designer will rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals across various platforms and will work on transforming complex tasks into intuitive and easy-to-use designs.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for creating designs that inspire, engage, and excite users.

2. Utilize user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals.

3. Envision user experiences and bring that vision to life in a refined manner.

4. Transform complex tasks into intuitive and accessible designs.

5. Investigate user experience design requirements for digital assets.

6. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

7. Produce high-quality UX design solutions via wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

8. Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.

9. Test UI elements including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, and page flows.

10. Provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing to analyze user behavior.

11. Adhere to style standards in typography and graphic design.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience in UI/UX Design.

2. Proficiency in designing CRM dashboards.

3. Expertise in design software such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, and Sketch.

4. Basic proficiency in programming languages.

This position is freelance and candidates are preferred to be located in Bangalore.
