As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and improving core investment stewardship support material. Working within Corporate Risk and International Solutions Marketing, you will assist the team lead in implementing the omni-channel take-to-market plan, creating impactful reports and promotional materials.

The role allows for flexible working arrangements and workplace accommodations to help you effectively perform in your responsibilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Stewardship Report 2024 project through marketing support implementation, managing approvals, verification, proofreading, and fact-checking.
• Develop and deliver quick-win activities to facilitate easier access to current reports and promote content.
• Create promotional and support materials for initiatives such as social media and web presence.
• Assist in developing a new currency version of money management, including a new monthly snapshot template.
• Deliver reporting against KPIs and budget regularly to monitor effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, including compliance standards.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Prior marketing experience in financial services is preferred.
• Investment and stewardship experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and pick up new skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and proofing skills.
• Good knowledge of investment and pension funds and products would be helpful, but not essential.
