Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join Incentive Games. At Incentive Games, our mission is to create and deliver powerful acquisition and retention tools through the development of intuitive, fun, and accessible games for players globally. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing user interfaces with a focus on interaction and visual design to create a seamless user journey.
  • Creating a rewarding user experience through animations and visual effects.
  • Building interactive prototypes for testing design ideas and presenting concepts to stakeholders.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for refining designs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the final product vision.
  • Working with the marketing team on branding materials adhering to company guidelines.
  • Maintaining component libraries and a UX research repository.
  • Participating in design reviews and ideation sessions to bring new ideas forward.
  • Following ethical guidelines when conducting tests and handling sensitive data.

Requirements

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a UX/UI design role or similar.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, marketing).
  • Understanding of design principles such as hierarchy and typography.
  • Knowledge of user behavior and user-centered design principles.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Figma.
  • Passion for UX and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Desired:

  • Previous experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skills in animation & animation software.
  • Experience with 2D VFX or 3D asset creation.
