Job Description

We are seeking an SEO Manager for EMEA on a 12-month contract who will drive impactful growth across our Shark and Ninja brands. In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute a best-in-class SEO strategy focused on optimizing traffic and revenue through data-driven insights, robust technical SEO, and strategic collaboration with content, PR, and tech teams. We are looking for a proactive SEO expert with strong eCommerce experience and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, own, and implement the SEO strategy across Shark & Ninja aimed at driving traffic and revenue growth across EMEA.
• Oversee execution of SEO activity ensuring a best-in-class approach on each website and territory.
• Take a data-driven approach to continuously optimize SEO performance.
• Conduct ongoing website monitoring and health checks, maintaining SEO hygiene factors to a gold standard.
• Report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPIs.
• Manage, support, and develop a team of SEO specialists across Europe.
• Collaborate with content and tech/IT teams to ensure timely delivery of SEO projects.
• Work with the PR team to develop a best-in-class link acquisition strategy.
• Create and nurture profitable relationships with key agency partners.
• Identify and test innovative opportunities for channel growth.
• Regularly present opportunities and results to senior stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and share knowledge across teams.
• Connect with SEO representatives in North America to align on global projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in an eCommerce business.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, AHrefs).
• Solid technical acumen, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• A motivated self-starter who is ambitious, curious, and eager to test new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
• Highly proficient in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a team player.
