At Diraq, we’re revolutionizing scalable quantum computing by expanding from hundreds to billions of qubits on single chips. Our end-to-end quantum computing company offers full-stack, cloud-accessible quantum hardware and software. Backed by over USD $142M in funding, our proprietary technology utilizes existing silicon CMOS manufacturing for a faster, cost-effective market entry. Our rapidly expanding team, launched in May 2022, is focused on creating the quantum ecosystem of the future, driving economic value through global partnerships and innovation.

As a graphic designer in this cutting-edge start-up, your design skills will shape the future of our brand. You will work in a fast-paced environment, transforming complex ideas into compelling visual stories, and crafting visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

This role is initially a 3-6 month fixed term, with the possibility of extension or becoming a permanent role.

Requirements

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.

• Experience with photography, image retouching, and video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in motion design, editing, and animation.

• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and WordPress or other CMS platforms is advantageous.

• Ability to translate highly complex and technical information into graphical displays.

• Experience managing multiple projects independently while thriving in a team setting.

• Thorough understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout for various media.

• Effective communication skills for presenting complex information to diverse audiences (Government, B2B, B2B2C, Investors).

• A portfolio showcasing diverse design skills and creativity.

• Ideally a background or experience in deep tech, defense/critical technologies or science/research.

• Australian citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
