We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our Creative Team to develop engaging social media content that aligns with our clients’ goals and objectives.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

We welcome candidates of all experience levels, ideally showcasing:

• Demonstrable experience in the ideas and execution of social campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience in content creation in a similar capacity and at a similar output level.

Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent written skills for crafting engaging posts, onscreen graphics, and subtitles.
• Strong verbal and inter-personal skills, with an excellent ability to communicate.
• Proficient in using video and photo editing software (CapCut and Canva at a minimum).
• Familiarity with best practices across various social platforms to produce platform-specific content.
• Target-focused and results-driven.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to create, develop, and communicate creative ideas effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrating enthusiasm and dependability.
• Strong presentation skills.

Desirable Criteria

• Meta Ads certification or GA4 certification.
• Animation skills.

Other Requirements

• Flexible with the ability to work additional hours when required.
• Hold a current & valid Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory employment references, with one from your current or most recent employer.
