Job Description

Located in our Melbourne office, our Design team seeks a Senior Designer to bring fresh ideas and elevate our craft.

A day in the life will include collaborating with the creative team on design concepts for projects such as branding, advertising campaigns, and websites. You will build visual identity systems, finesse pitch decks, and lead design projects while generating innovative ideas. You will also provide mentorship to junior designers and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

To be the ideal candidate, you should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Extensive knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with strategic thinking abilities.

Additional preferences to excel in this role include:

• Experience in brand strategy and development.
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or beauty sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• Experience in a collaborative team environment with a positive attitude.
