Job Description

Come and work with us! We are looking for a talented and accomplished Graphic Designer to cover a maternity leave. As a Graphic Designer at the EMEA Digital Hub, your role will involve collaborating closely with the marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing designs for social media platforms. This includes informing about career opportunities within our company and effectively communicating our brand message across various platforms. You will report to the Digital Hub Manager, EMEA and your responsibilities will support recruitment activities and promote our brand.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Create eye-catching designs and concepts for brand awareness on social media, aligning with global communication standards while connecting to local audiences.
  • Design graphics that consider cultural nuances, regional preferences, and language across the EMEA region.
  • Build and support employer branding in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure all graphics maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with brand guidelines across social media platforms throughout the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media teams, and content creators to develop visual content ideas that resonate with target audiences in different countries.
  • Utilize graphic design tools and software to edit and enhance images for social media posts, ensuring they are visually appealing and culturally appropriate.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Timely completion of design projects within designated deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and expertise in designing for social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for visual storytelling.
  • Collaboration skills and openness to feedback for design iterations.
  • Ability to simplify processes/things.
  • Awareness of different audiences, the social media platforms they use, and how to engage them.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • An understanding of specific graphic requirements and best practices for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Passion for technologies.
  • Video and photo editing skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design roles.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Arts, Technology, or a similar field.
  • Excellent conversational and written knowledge of English.

Tools and Applications

Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch is required. Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools is necessary, and familiarity with AI generative tools such as ChatGPT and Jasper is a plus.

Other Details

This is a remote work model, with availability to work from Monday to Friday, 9h to 18h.
