Job Description

Yellow Seed Consulting is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. This hybrid role offers a salary range of R20 000 – R30 000, depending on relevant experience, and requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and an own laptop. The start date for this position is 1 March.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.

- Proficiency in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.

- Knowledge of e-learning development tools and platforms is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

- A passion for educational design and a desire to make a positive impact in the field.

Key Responsibilities

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our learning materials and corporate branding to life. Your work will include:

• Corporate Workbook Designs – Crafting professional, visually engaging workbooks for our learning programmes.
• Social Media Content – Designing compelling graphics that capture attention across various platforms.
• Infographics – Transforming complex concepts into clear, digestible visuals.
• Board Games & Activity Design – Adding a creative edge to our learning interventions through gamification.
• Learning Material Design – Developing engaging and user-friendly training materials.
