Job Description

Glitch Productions is an independent animation studio based in Australia, creating original, long-form animated shows distributed on YouTube. With over 13 million subscribers and hundreds of millions of views on its latest IP, Digital Circus, the studio aims to change the landscape of animation production. The studio is seeking a talented graphic designer to develop assets for its marketing, merchandising, and brand departments. This role involves designing promotional graphics, brand assets, and packaging, ensuring all designs are exciting, engaging, and visually consistent with the respective brand.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography and layout design skills.
• Excellent understanding and application of color theory.
• Keen artistic vision for creating cohesive, aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
• Engaging personality with a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and passion for creation.

Bonus Skills:

• Strong stakeholder and time management skills.
• Understanding or experience in arts, animation, gaming, or ‘internet nerd’ culture.
