Job Description

Are you a Junior UX/UI Designer? We are seeking a Designer who is passionate about digital design and thrives in innovative environments. This designer will be the creative mind for our innovation initiatives, developing digital concepts and designs that bring new ideas to life and set our brand apart. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects and help explore and implement fresh ideas across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for innovation-focused projects, translating strategic concepts into visually compelling, user-centered digital experiences.
• Develop experimental design concepts, prototypes, and assets that support new product launches, campaigns, and interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conceptualize designs that align with strategic objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative digital campaign ideas by leveraging the latest design trends and technologies.
• Create mood boards, style guides, and visual assets for new initiatives, turning broad ideas into concrete visual elements.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and support fast iteration based on feedback.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in an e-commerce, innovation lab, or creative agency environment.
• Strong interest in exploring AI technologies to enhance customer experiences.
• Proven portfolio showcasing innovative digital projects, including web, social media, and email campaigns (please attach with your application if possible).
• Experience in creative concept development and designing for experimental projects.
• Advanced skills in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and prototyping.
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative design solutions.
• Collaborative mindset, able to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Location and Benefits

We have a hybrid working environment with locations in Barley Wood (near Bristol) and a London Hub above our amazing Neal Street store. While you can work from home most of the week, you will need to attend team meetings and company gatherings at these locations.
