Job Description

We are seeking 3 experienced Content Designers for a 12-month contract role with our leading Public Sector client. This position involves a 4-day work week and offers a salary of £350 inside IR35. The successful candidates will play a critical role in creating and refining user-centered content, working towards simplifying complex language and processes for end-to-end services.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Experience of writing for the web, demonstrating the ability to create accessible user-centered content.
• Proven experience in utilizing data and user feedback to define and refine content.
• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with content publishing systems.

Main Duties:

• Work autonomously to create and iterate content that simplifies complex language and processes.
• Understand and implement appropriate content styles and standards as needed.
• Identify, analyze, manage, and monitor relationships with stakeholders, using evidence to support decisions and balancing competing priorities.
• Collaborate with user researchers to identify user needs based on evidence.
• Translate user needs/requirements into proposed content design approaches or services.
• Develop content for the necessary business areas.
• Participate in and/or support program and project assurance activities.
• Contribute to the community by participating in events and reviewing processes, tools, and guidance.
