Your mission includes creating high-quality user experience design deliverables such as user personas, UX competitive assessments, journey maps, design principles, and prototypes. You will work collaboratively with colleagues in experience strategy and user research design, participate in user research studies, build relationships with partners, promote cross-disciplinary collaboration, and ensure effective communication of design ideas. Additionally, you will plan and facilitate workshops to ensure alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

- 4+ years’ experience as a lead experience designer.

- 8+ years’ experience conceptualizing complex, transactional experiences at enterprise or consumer-focused companies.

- A passion for design and proven experience in product and service design, with a focus on customer-centric, data-informed product design and development.

- A solid understanding of all creative disciplines, including experience strategy, design research, interaction design, visual design, and copywriting.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Skilled at conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing others to reach consensus.

- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.

- Experience with Agile methodology.

- Proficiency in Figma.
