Role Title: Content Marketing Coordinator

Report to: Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to help take Premier Laser & Skin to the next level. We are really looking to push our video and social content, so you will have a chance to express your creativity and help us stand out on digital platforms in the skincare and aesthetic industry! We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in content creation and social media marketing. This role will be pivotal in building and managing relationships with influencers, creating compelling content, and bringing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to increase brand awareness, connect with our audience, and drive new leads.

The Content Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating content for our aesthetics clinics on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role will focus primarily on coming up with content ideas, premium content creation, managing UGC content with influencers and creators, and managing our social media marketing channels to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, FB ads, website, newsletters, and promotional materials, showcasing our treatments and services.
• Brand Development: Enhance brand identity through creative content across IG, TIKTOK, and YouTube.
• Analytics & Optimisation: Use social media insights and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and engagement.
• Creative Thinking: Develop unique, polished content that captivates and engages our audience.
• Generate & Convert New Leads: Generate and convert new leads through social media, engaging content, while tracking and reporting on conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management (preferably within a similar industry).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to shoot and edit content for social media e.g. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and a strong interest in the aesthetics industry.
• Ability to build good relationships with talent and our internal team.
• Confidence to think outside the box and bring creative ideas to the table.
