Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop custom social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, audience, and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our design and video teams to craft scroll-stopping visuals, reels, and graphics that spark engagement.
- Community Engagement: Manage client accounts by interacting with followers, responding to DMs, and keeping online communities buzzing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, prepare data-driven reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Trend Watch: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our clients relevant and innovative.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
- Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver campaigns that exceed expectations.
- Training: Assist in offering 1-on-1 coaching for clients looking to master their own social media pages.
Requirements
- 2+ years of social media management experience (freelance or agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, viral content, or paid ad strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar).
- A creative mindset with killer copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling.
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, communicative, and results-driven with a collaborative attitude.
