Responsibilities
- Craft compelling vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, showcasing our diverse inventory across multiple branch locations
- Transform high-quality vehicle photos and detailed descriptions from our website into eye-catching social media content
- Engage with potential customers promptly and professionally, answering inquiries and nurturing leads
- Keep our online presence fresh and accurate by regularly updating listings, removing sold vehicles, and featuring new arrivals
- Act as a crucial link between online inquiries and our New Zealand-based sales team, ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Maintain meticulous records of online interactions and lead handovers, contributing to our data-driven sales approach
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align Marketplace listings with broader social media strategies and campaigns
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Facebook platform management, with a particular focus on Marketplace functionality
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, capable of crafting engaging and error-free content
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with experience in online customer interactions
- Basic understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle specifications, or a willingness to quickly learn
- Proficiency in digital asset management and content transfer between platforms
- Ability to analyze basic performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and able to integrate seamlessly with a New Zealand-based team
- Enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry is a plus!
