Gamma : Brand Manager (12 Month FTC)
Brand Designer is needed in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Main purpose of role:
This role will be the guardian and champion of all the Gamma group brands and brand assets, ensuring consistency, quality and authentic representation across all media.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Managing the rebranding of several acquisitions to the Gamma brand
- Working closely with the content team on brand communications
- Working with team members across the company to deliver on values
- Providing leadership and guidance in branding
Problem solving:
Good degree of problem solving required in this role β where we have certain hurdles such as rebranding acquired companies who have built up local brand recognition β rebranding sensitively and with incrementally better outcomes for all.
Decision making:
- Translation of brand guidelines, archetype, and differentiation into visual ways to represent the brand
- Developing new and refreshed templates, logo/icon usage, deciding on the best ways to represent the Gamma brands
- Development of brand identities for product portfolio and routes to market
- Identifying and managing all brand assets, including the brand portal
Innovation:
Working closely with the Senior Brand Executive and all other relevant stakeholders to constantly evolve the brand and creatively grow an audience of admirers with a bold, confident, and unapologetic brand approach.
Communication:
- Group marketing β providing templates, artwork, and visual assets to support campaigns
- ExCo β supporting the exec committee in presentation material, video content, and other assets
- Working with the IT department to update email signatures with brand assets
- Finance β managing suppliers, tracking spend vs budget and ROI
- Sales operations β developing relationships for lead distribution, data hygiene, and ROI
- Managing, mentoring, and growing the existing team
- Working with Internal Comms to ensure a consistent βone Gammaβ voice
Interpersonal:
Building good working relationships, excellent written and verbal communication, confidence in communicating with senior leadership, ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
Financial:
Working closely with finance and procurement to manage suppliers, understand and track spend vs budget and ROI of expenditure.
