Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading gaming clients! They are currently looking for a skilled HTML5 TypeScript Game Developer to join on an initial 2-month contract, with extensions expected.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

As a HTML5 gameplay developer, you will be responsible for front-end gameplay development of a gaming title. This includes design, development, coding, testing, and debugging. You will also estimate task completion and write technical design documents.

• Create new features for HTML5 games, working together with designer and artists to achieve the best user experience possible
• Fix issues of games that were already launched
• Plan projects and tasks alongside the project manager

Required Skills/Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Game development experience
• Experience with WebGL games
• Javascript / Typescript

Desirable Skills/Experience

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Experience with mobile games
• Solid technical foundation (e.g. Computer Science / Maths Degree or equivalent)
