Our client, a revolutionary Fortune 500 CPG company, committed to positively changing the world - one better food choice at a time, has an exciting contract opportunity for an Associate Brand Manager who has the passion to build a brand that would make a positive impact on the world. This is a 4-5+month contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. Position is hybrid and must be commutable to Broomfield, CO.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced strategic marketer, who can quickly adapt to new environments and teams, who has a passion to help rebuild a large global brand, and the persistence to bring new ideas to reality - and combines all of this with solid business acumen, strength in analytics and strategic thinking, and P&L management. Client needs someone who can hit the ground running quickly to help manage day to day business needs such as weekly and monthly business reporting, budget management, and supporting larger marketing and media activations across the consumer media landscape (social, website, promotions, marketing activations), as well as provide day to day project management support on longer term strategic projects that are on rapidly accelerated timelines.

This role will report to and partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager but will cover and flex between different projects within clients CPG brands. This position is a temporary contractor position for the duration of 4-5 months beginning in Early-Mid February 2024.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA strongly preferred.
• 4+ years Brand Marketing/Product/Innovation and P&L management experience.
• Large CPG Experience highly preferred.
• Comfort with Ambiguity and an Entrepreneurial Spirit: you act as a business owner to take initiative and drive clarity on path forward for team/leadership and can pivot strategy as needed due to changing dynamics internally and externally.
• Passion for building brands and proven track-record of breakthrough consumer advertising and activation.
• Action-oriented with the ability to learn quickly, think and react with urgency to react to changing circumstances.
• Project management skills and effective collaboration to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Agile and adaptable to accommodate changing business needs.
• Strong track record showcasing strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to translate vision and strategy into concrete actions.
• Robust experience working with syndicated data sources (IRI/Nielsen) to make informed, data-backed decisions and recommendations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of consumer research methodologies and results analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Additional Information:

Hiring Salary Range: $46.00 per hour - $51.00 per hour
