Job Description:

Damn Gina is an Australian haircare brand seeking a Brand Manager to work alongside the founder & CEO in executing and monitoring effective marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve brand goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop a content creator seeding system to collect content from various creators
• Brief, ideate, and delegate content creation hooks and angles
• Plan and schedule content across social media platforms
• Research market trends and present new creative territories
• Support new product development through analysis and marketing promotion
• Create marketing toolkits for product launches and campaigns
• Collaborate with other brands and influencers to create an annual strategic promotional calendar
• Coordinate product and promotional photoshoots
• Write, proofread, and edit copy for various platforms
• Coordinate shipment of products and marketing materials
• Review and provide instructions for packaging artwork

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Ecommerce beauty or haircare marketing
• Experience in new product launch strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
• Strong people management and delegation skills, comfortable in front of the camera
• Organizational, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines
• Creative, motivated, flexible, conscientious, resourceful, and proactive
