Job Description: Content Producer & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take charge as a Content Producer & Graphic Designer for our brand. This role is pivotal in driving our visual identity and content creation efforts to enhance our presence across digital platforms worldwide. The key performance indicators include click through rate and number of views of the materials.

Responsibilities:

• Visualizing concepts and executing high-quality designs for digital platforms, including landing pages, ads, and social media.
• Crafting engaging ad content and copy for Google Ads and Social Media to boost user engagement and conversions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop visually captivating digital assets.
• Overseeing the creation of compelling written and visual content.
• Planning and executing in-house mini-photoshoots to fulfill visual necessities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and product portrayal.
• Promoting internal awareness of design trends and advertising standards.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Visual Designer or Content Producer, preferably in a digital marketing context.
• Proficiency in graphic design programs, quick sketching, and prototyping creative concepts.
• Expertise and/or curiosity in photography and video for ads.
• Curiosity about the results and impact of prepared content.
• Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
