Job Description:

As a vital member of our dynamic video freelancer team, you’ll engage in diverse projects with external brands and partners, blending their identities into our Kitchen Stories visual style. Taking the lead in your projects, you’ll navigate from creative concept to the final edit, collaborating closely with a skilled cross-functional team of chefs, editors, and photographers. Specializing in videography, you bring extensive experience, showcasing a portfolio filled with visually captivating content. Your organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive approach ensure your integral role in every shoot (and edit), contributing to the success of each project within our lively, international workspace.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video production - videography and post-production.
• Keen sense for timing, visual storytelling, and aesthetics.
• Keen eye and understanding of what works on various social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Tiktok.
• Experience with light and grip equipment on set.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere CC, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Eye for detail and a thorough working style.
• Ability to work in German language.

Additional Information:

• You support us with shooting and cutting of video and sound for our video formats.
• You shoot and edit content tailored to different social media platforms.
• You bring basic motion design and color grading experience into the mix.
• You will be part of different partner campaigns from recipe shoots to shoots on locations.
• You work in a cross-functional, creative team consisting of video producers, production managers, and photographers.
