Job Description
Xandar Kardian is seeking a Freelance UI/UX Designer to enhance the design of digital health solutions. The ideal candidate must understand healthcare workflows, patient needs, and regulatory requirements to create seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp user needs and project requirements.
- Perform user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews for insights.
- Develop user personas, journeys, and workflows for design guidance.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to convey design concepts.
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and work closely with developers for accurate implementation.
- Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, technologies, and HealthTech industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX Designer experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
