Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns, managing the overall digital marketing strategy, creating website content, and providing reports on return on investment. They work closely with various teams to optimize web and email channels, develop multimedia content, contribute to digital policies, generate new ideas for online presence, engage customers with digital content, manage social media platforms, work with designers, maintain influencer relationships, and stay updated on digital marketing trends. They also liaise with internal departments and external agencies, develop marketing strategies, monitor competition, and promote brand awareness.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an online marketing specialist, a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, content writing and creative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, good time-management abilities, as well as a sense of ownership and pride in their work impacting the company’s success.

Education/Professional Experience

They should possess a Specialized High School Degree or University Degree in Marketing and Communication, along with previous experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.

Language Skills

Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory for this position.
