Job Description:

The User Experience Designer in Dallas, TX will be responsible for interaction and user experience design, creating mockups and wireframes using tools like Sketch, Figma, and InVision, collaborating with teams to gather requirements, engaging in standups with design and development teams, and leveraging UI and sales skills to build UX solutions for relationship deepening and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in User Experience Design with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Confluence, and Jira. They should also possess skills in Visual Design and UI. Soft skills such as collaboration, communication, being a team player, and having user empathy are essential for success in this role. While a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, certifications would be advantageous.
