Job Description

The Digital Production Designer at West Elm will provide production support to the brand creative team by producing pixel-perfect digital collateral for emails, social marketing, and interior site pages based on pre-defined templates and style guides. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, photography, and type hierarchies, be detail-oriented, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, maintain organized production files, and constantly strive for innovative solutions across all media channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital/Graphic Design, or related field
• At least 2 years of digital production experience; luxury or home experience a plus
• Meticulously organized with careful attention to detail & quality
• Ability to communicate clearly with peers and across disciplines
• Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Initiative in a changing environment and dedication to delivering high-quality final projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Project management software
• Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in the Brooklyn corporate office full-time
