Job Description:

As the Senior Digital Designer at Wesfarmers OneDigital, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital channels, including web design and content that enhances the customer experience and focuses on lead conversion. Working within the customer experience team, you will ensure a seamless and uplifting customer journey.

Key responsibilities include planning and implementing new designs, authoring digital designs, interpreting technical and business requirements, translating campaign briefs into digital content, identifying areas for optimization, managing content optimization pipeline, implementing tag and SEO recommendations, supporting CX and marketing teams, and driving consistency across all web and UI touchpoints.

Requirements:

Key qualifications and skills needed for this role include:

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong user interface design skills across web and apps
• Experience in using data and insights for content production
• Advanced skills in industry design software such as Figma or Sketch
• Advanced skills in web development tools like Webflow
• Experience in Web and/or App analytics and data tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, TealiumIQ
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable
• Understanding of HCD (Human-Centered Design) and A/B testing
• Highly collaborative working style and ability to manage timelines and deadlines
