Job Description:

The Experiential Designer will be integral to the Global Experiential Marketing team, focusing on leading the creative development and environmental execution for key events, co-branded activations, and retail initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create immersive experiences engaging varied B2B and B2C audiences, highlighting the impact on entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 2D, digital, and environmental creative development for in-person experiences.
• Collaborate with event managers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
• Manage internal and external design resources and ensure projects adhere to timelines.
• Stay updated on experiential design and technology trends to inform new ideas.
• Travel up to 30% for project needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience with immersive technologies, virtual reality, and/or augmented/extended reality.
• Experience with live events production and retail environmental design.
• Understanding of the Consumer Entertainment market and position.
• Passion for entertainment and entertainment technology.
• Belief in the mission to enable better entertainment for all.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing experiential design.
• Strong creative, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CAD, rendering tools) and MS Office Suite.
• Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to engage in high-level discussions.
