Welcome to Quantum, an independent brand experience agency seeking a Midweight Creative Designer to join their team in Bournemouth. This role involves creating big ideas, working with agility, and delivering impactful brand experiences for global FMCG clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite software (Premiere, XD, After Effects)
• 3D design skills using tools like Blender and digital platforms like Figma are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in an integrated agency environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about innovation, client brands, and continuous learning
• Effective workload and time management skills
• Able to inspire, support, and mentor team members

Additional Information:

• Salary: £25k - £34,500k DOE
• Location: Bournemouth (in-office role)
