Job Description:
Welcome to Quantum, an independent brand experience agency seeking a Midweight Creative Designer to join their team in Bournemouth. This role involves creating big ideas, working with agility, and delivering impactful brand experiences for global FMCG clients.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite software (Premiere, XD, After Effects)
- 3D design skills using tools like Blender and digital platforms like Figma are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in an integrated agency environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about innovation, client brands, and continuous learning
- Effective workload and time management skills
- Able to inspire, support, and mentor team members
Additional Information:
- Salary: £25k - £34,500k DOE
- Location: Bournemouth (in-office role)
