Job Description

The Exasoft Group is seeking a multi-disciplined designer to work across their Digital, Educational, and Finance divisions. The role involves creating innovative websites, web applications, and mobile applications, focusing on user-centered service design. The designer will listen to user feedback, conduct usability tests, analyze data, and design new opportunities to improve User Experiences for clients. They will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from client visit to continuous improvement, and will work closely with the Development Team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio and enthusiasm for corporate, education, and individual clients. They should be proficient in Adobe software (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop), Figma, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are essential. The candidate should be able to explain technical issues clearly and work well with high-profile clients. Knowledge of UX processes and deliverables, user-centered design best practices, and user journey mapping is necessary.

Other Information

Part-time roles will be considered for any positions within the Exasoft Group. The pay range for the full-time position is £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year, with an expected 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The work location is a hybrid remote setup in Coventry CV1 2TL.
