Job Description

As a Designer in the Interactive team, you will collaborate closely with other creative and technical disciplines to create elegant customer experiences for interactive platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, impeccable design aesthetic, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling in the interactive landscape.

Requirements

The role requires:

• Creating original designs aligned with project goals and standards
• Collaborating with Art Directors and Designers to explore concepts and iterate on design layouts
• Preparing optimized files for creative reviews and presentations
• Presenting design rationale clearly and persuasively
• Ensuring designs work within technical limitations and preparing necessary files
• Reviewing final deliverables with great attention to detail

The ideal candidate should be proficient in design elements, work well in a fast-paced environment, excel in software tools like Sketch and Photoshop, articulate ideas effectively, create prototypes, understand front-end web development, and have experience in designing story-driven campaigns across various media.Other Information

• No visa transfers or sponsorships available
• Candidates must work West Coast hours
• Contract rate: $2,500 - $2,800 per week
