Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy across various platforms. The focus is on increasing brand awareness, engaging with the audience, and driving traffic to the company’s website. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Home Organizing to create relevant content matching the company’s profile.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for brand visibility and engagement.
• Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for cohesive digital campaigns.
• Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends.
• Post 1 blog monthly and send 1 monthly email campaign using Mailchimp.
• Set up 1 monthly meeting to review social media matrix updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in photography and graphic design.
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, proofreading, and research.
• Familiarity with platforms like Later, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, WIX, Mailchimp, and Basecamp.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in graphic design.
• Familiarity with SEO principles.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
