Job Description
This role involves designing and shaping products within the Women’s apparel range at Kmart, working under the Design Manager. Responsibilities include trend forecasting, product design and development, leadership in improving product quality and culture, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in Women’s apparel design, strong trend forecasting skills, proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, ability to create complex tech packs, excellent time management and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Experience with 3D design software is a plus but not mandatory.
