Job Description
This is a Hybrid Mode position for a Senior UI/UX Resource responsible for leading the design process for complex user interfaces. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and ensuring design solutions meet business goals and user needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
- Strong understanding of user research methods
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with design systems and design standards
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Additional Information
Nice to Have:
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- Front-end development and HTML/CSS experience
- Certification in UX design or related field
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
