Job Description

The role requires a software developer with over 5 years of experience in Node.JS and/or Java. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience leading development teams in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and DevSecOps environments. Experience in building conversational AI chatbots using AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub, and Splunk is also required, along with knowledge of chatbot development platforms, including IBM Watson. Understanding of PCI data governance requirements and technical practices is necessary. The candidate should also possess skills in Angular, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Node.JS and/or Java software development experience

• 2+ years of experience leading development teams through CI/CD and DevSecOps

• Experience building conversational AI chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies

• Proficiency with Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub

• Experience with Splunk

• Familiarity with Postman & Swagger

• Knowledge of IBM Watson and other chatbot development platforms

• Understanding of PCI data governance requirements and practices

• Familiarity with Angular, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python
