Job Description

Vidsy is a multi-award-winning start-up with hubs in London (HQ), NYC, and LA, dedicated to building the go-to platform and ecosystem for Creators and brands to collaborate effectively. We focus on creating impactful video ads while empowering Creators through fair pay and skill development.

We are currently seeking a Social Content Producer, also known internally as a Creative or Creative Lead. This role involves supporting the execution of a variety of Social Video Campaigns for major brands such as Meta, L’Oreal, HP, Unilever, and Google, as well as emerging startups. The position is fast-paced and requires creating compelling social video content, collaborating with Strategists, Client Solutions Managers, Motion Designers, and directing our External Creator Community.

Requirements

• 18 months (plus) or equivalent experience in content production, production, or project management.
• Understanding of mobile marketing and the ability to build strategies for social platforms.
• Familiarity with the latest social media platforms and trends.
• Proven ability to develop outstanding creative assets across various platforms and advertising formats.
• Deep understanding of video content production; hands-on experience with After Effects or filmmaking is a plus.
• Creative mindset and ability to run ideation/creative concept workshops.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and clients while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• Meticulous eye for detail and design.
