Job Description
Mainz Brady Group is currently recruiting for a remote UI Developer for a 3-6 months contract. The primary responsibility of the UI Developer will be to redesign the changes UI to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and maintainable.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team and customers to identify the users’ pain points.
- Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices and principles of user-centered design.
- Build new experiences or modify existing components to improve usability.
- Build a project plan and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working on customer-facing and/or internal tools.
- Proficiency in front-end development tools and technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Webpack.
- Proficiency in back-end development tools and technologies including Python, Flask, and Postgres.
- Ability to identify user pain points and translate them into effective UI solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD.
- Familiarity with backend development and API integration.
