Job Description
As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating digital experiences that will drive future growth for the company. This position involves collaboration with top-tier creatives and specialists to craft best-in-class digital-first assets aimed at informing, engaging, and encouraging customers to interact and transact. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating regular assets for Programme initiatives, designing front-end mock-ups and wireframes, including front-end copywriting, and contributing to the definition of requirements and iteration on design solutions.
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with a team of innovators focused on reshaping customer service offerings, challenging legacy processes, and driving a culture of execution. A passion for beautifully crafted and functional design, an understanding of data-centric approaches and user-centric design is highly desirable.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Proven experience in a transformational digital environment, along with a degree or equivalent experience in a design-related subject area.
- Experience with basic prototyping and storytelling through lifecycle state illustrations.
- An understanding and experience of agile methodologies, digital design best practices, and web production techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC, with experience creating digital assets for various target audiences.
Additionally, the following attributes are preferred:
- A multi-disciplined designer with a keen attention to detail.
- Telecommunication (Telco) experience is a bonus but not necessary.
- Experience with data tools like Adobe Analytics, UserZoom, or Content Square.
- Experience conducting user testing (remote and face-to-face).
