Job Description

UKG is looking for an experienced and passionate User Experience Designer who advocates for User Centered Design, connecting users with the value they seek. The candidate will be responsible for the overall usability and quality of one or more UKG products or features. Candidates should have a love for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to grasp and distill user problems into engaging solutions. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders to identify the scope of design work and advocate for enhanced user experiences across the organization.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience focusing on product and UX/UI design across various platforms including web, mobile, and tablets.
• A passion for design and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills, with the capability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively articulating design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Factors, Engineering, Design, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or similar fields.
