Job Description

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Video Producer to join our client’s team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years total of Agency or Studio experience, with 2 of those years as a Producer. The candidate must be fluent in video content development, planning, logistics, budgeting, licensing, usage negotiation, and the production pipeline. Their portfolio should reflect their hands-on approach and dedication to collaboration, with capabilities to produce animation, live-action content, and immersive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take content ideas and build structure around them that leads to execution and delivery.
• Own and manage timelines, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of changes to milestones.
• Manage and produce multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and autonomously.
• Able to identify, mitigate and manage project risks.
• Influence processes and propose new ways to work effectively.
• Manage outside resources/vendors by building strong relationships and be commercially astute to negotiate the best quotes for projects.
• Have experience with casting, talent management, usage, and licensing.

Requirements

• Agency or Studio experience working on global brands with a portfolio of produced work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Resilience to overcome obstacles in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction.
• An eye for objectives, both for business stakeholders and the creative team.
• Experience drafting and validating SOWs.
• Ability to manage expectations with grace.
• Solid understanding of the video production process, terminology, and best practices.
• Fluency in media and social platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Adobe CC.
• Experience with editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with PM tools like Asana is a plus.
