Job Description

A Global B2B software company is looking for a UI Designer to join their team working on an exciting new product they’ve recently launched. This role offers a salary of £75,000 per annum and is located in Bristol with a hybrid work model (2-3 days per week in the office). The successful candidate will be a talented Visual Designer who excels in transforming wireframes into visually engaging dashboards and data-rich visualisations.

As the Lead UI/Visual Designer, you will work on a major global payroll project in collaboration with skilled teams across the UK, Spain, and the US. You will focus on elevating low-fidelity wireframes into sophisticated, engaging interfaces and work closely with designers and content creators to enhance the visual design aspect of user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual development of dashboards, infographics, and data visualisations, ensuring a high-quality, user-focused design experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions to construct a unified visual language.
• Develop concepts that advance the design system while adhering to foundational UX wireframes.
• Incorporate Generative AI in visual design projects to generate innovative insights for B2B financial software.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B software design, ideally focused on complex data-heavy products and dashboards.
• Strong visual design skills to transform task management and payroll concepts into dynamic visual solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with international teams and adapting to cross-regional workflows.
• Familiarity with design tools and the integration of emerging AI techniques in visualisation work.
