As a Designer, you are an original thinker and craftsperson who understands brand consistency. You will work closely with fellow Designers, Art Directors, Writers, and UXers, translating creative concepts into beautiful and engaging designs.

Requirements for the Role

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform basic layout in Sketch, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop), Abstract, and/or digital formats for assigned projects.
• Maintain quality control by adhering to agency processes, brand guidelines, proper layout, and conceptual execution.
• Develop medical knowledge in therapeutic areas of primary accounts and interpret data from clinical studies to visualize data clearly.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, and generate ideas for marketing strategies.
• Produce designs for both traditional and digital channels.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge and application of Adobe Suite, Sketch, Abstract, and design software.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team setting and solve problems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, visual arts, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of related experience in an agency setting.
• Portfolio of completed design projects preferred.
