Job Description

Tilray Beverages is seeking an organized, motivated, creative, and driven individual with a passion for craft beer to execute digital marketing initiatives to enhance its portfolio of quality craft beverages. The role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of content development and deployment across digital channels, while overseeing content ideation, creation, and management of social media presence. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months with the potential for extension, offering an hourly rate of $24.00 to $26.50.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Day-to-day management of existing social media channels
• Content ideation and creation of compelling content
• Content calendaring for several weeks/months ahead
• Posting social media content
• Community management in partnership with external agencies and brand teams
• Ongoing community moderation based on strategies provided by agencies and brand teams
• Identifying and onboarding external content creators as needed
• Staying updated on social and content trends to maintain brand relevance
• Leveraging insights and analytics to influence future content ideation

Requirements

The qualifications for this role include:

• 2-3 years of previous experience in content creation, preferably with a beverage brand
• Experience with social media posting, monitoring, and reporting platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.)
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Premier)
• Ability to manage freelance photographers and videographers and create content behind the camera
• Skills in both creative development and engaging a social community
• Capability to work on-site for content capture and product procurement
• A genuine passion for craft beer
