Job Description

At Everlane, we aim to simplify the choice of ethically sourced fashion. We partner with ethical factories globally, employ high-quality, sustainably sourced materials, and share the true costs of our products. We are expanding our team of motivated individuals to take on creative challenges. The freelance graphic designer will work collaboratively with an exemplary design team on various projects, focusing on marketing assets for the brand’s digital ecosystem, including e-mails, paid social, and site assets. This role involves daily cross-functional collaborations to innovate the brand’s platform and marketing content. This is a freelance position with potential for full-time conversion, requiring in-person attendance at our Los Angeles Creative Studio twice a week, reporting directly to our Creative Director.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years design experience, preferably in-house or at a creative agency.

• Proficient in design capabilities on typography, layout, and design fundamentals.

• Passionate about graphic design and image creation for both stills and motion.

• Deep knowledge of photography and visual design.

• Strong interest in fashion trends, brands, styling, and product creation.

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma, and Builder.
