Job Description

Preferred Experience: 2 – 4 Years

Responsibilities:

• Design and create modern innovative end-to-end user experiences for new and existing products.
• Analyze, map, and optimize user flow.
• Develop new approaches to complex interface and UX problems, and convey these designs in the form of presentations, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Advocate and contribute to the maturing of UI/UX design disciplines at the team and company level.
• Use business requirements, user research, and user feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
• Design conceptual sketches, wireframe information architecture, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction specifications.
• Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed design patterns that scale for your team and influence other designers.
• Understand and respond to data (metric tests, usability studies), using that to inform future design.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a user experience, interaction design, visual design, and/or usability role.
• Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, story maps, and process flows.
• Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design standards and best processes.
• Good to have: Experience in Zeplin & Sketch.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS3).
• Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, color).
• Ability to generate pixel-perfect production assets.
• Ability to think big and understand complex feature sets.
• Passionate about understanding and keeping the team informed about current and emerging UX/UI trends.
